We may also collect your personal information directly from you or your authorized representatives, and when you interact with our website, contact us, subscribe to our services, commence a business relationship with us, or when you communicate with us. We ensure such collection will be governed by this Privacy Policy and as permitted by the Personal Data Laws. You may withdraw your consent for us to collect this information from these platforms by contacting us via the channels mentioned hereinbelow in this Privacy Policy.

WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT?

In providing our services and running this website, we may collect information and Personal Data as follows;

• Your Personal Data as defined in the Personal Data Laws such as name, address, National Registration Identity Card, phone number, and email address;
• Your BolehJe account details such as username, password, and profile picture;
• Any information shared with us;
• Payment information such as your debit or credit card information, including the name of the cardholder, card number, billing address, expiry date, and other bank account details;
• Recording of your photograph, video, and voice during any of our business operations (if applicable);
• Your employment details, resume, or Curriculum Vitae;
• Any other information that is collected from you automatically such as technical information e.g. Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the internet, your browser type, device information, GPS position, and other information depending on your visit to our website. The information collected is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on this website and to remedy any errors which may occur during your visit to this website; and
• Apps QR codes or other related technologies. When you scan a QR Code, the third party that we engage to provide those QR Codes may collect certain information from your mobile device (such as your mobile device identifier and IP address).

Generally, we do not collect sensitive information unless necessary, such as legal requirements and providing services to you. We aim to gather only the necessary information that we need.
